The Programmes
From the schools report, the Together programme formulates a plan of support to meet those needs.
With the schools that we have worked with to date we have seen a pattern of support that is required and this has helped formulate our core offer:
Children with SEMH needs, SEND and behavioural issues.
Aside from the core offer we have a range of programmes that are meeting individual school needs which comprise our additional offer.
Our offer is based on individual school need. After our first meeting, schools are asked to identify their biggest needs, where there are gaps and children and families are not getting the help and support they require.
All our programmes are based on sustainability so we appreciate that one programme doesn't necessarily meet all needs so we will continue to support children and families to have a good impact.
