Sessions are designed to enhance nature connection, encourage confidence-building, develop outdoor cooking skills, support emotional regulation, and introduce effective Self-Management Strategies amongst Primary school Children.

Green Fingers

Green Fingers supports children in building their gardening skills and understanding of how things grow.
Every week they get hands-on experience planting, nurturing, and harvesting fruit and vegetables, helping them develop skills they can use long into the future.

Bushcraft

Classroom learning isn’t for everyone, so we offer a bushcraft programme for secondary school pupils. Outdoors, young people are supported by experienced staff who give them time and space to build positive relationships.
They lead their own learning, develop practical skills, connect with nature, cook on the fire, and build a strong sense of community.

STRONGHER is a small-group, girls-only wellbeing programme designed for secondary school students. It combines structured movement with guided wellbeing reflection, supporting girls to build confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Our 12-week one-to-one programme provides the space to build a meaningful relationship and create lasting change. It supports students who need help with confidence, self-esteem, goal setting, focus, engagement, and teamwork, promoting personal growth and improved wellbeing.

The What? Centre

As part of our holistic approach we have collaborated with The What Centre? , a local charity that offers counselling for children and young people. Children and young people can access therapeutic support when they need it and for a period of time that is right for them. Alongside the support for children and young people we offer parents and carers 1:1 and group support. We appreciate how important this support can be.
